My background has always been in psychology and I knew I wanted to be a counsellor and help people from an early age. With an undergraduate and postgraduate degree in Psychology, I am qualified to practice as a counsellor with a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.

Some common themes that I have supported clients with have been anxiety, low mood, body image concerns, relationship conflicts and anger - and everything else in between!
